Getting started

• Connect the DGYAO Neck pads to either of
  the two DC ports on the remote control
  unit*Note: Remote has two DC ports. The
  2nd port is a spare port for connecting a
  second Neck pad (sold separately).

• Connect the AC Adapter to the remote

• Connect power cord to the AC Adapter

• Plug power cord into outlet (use USA to
  UK/EU adapter in the UK/Europe)

• Press the ON/OFF switch on the remote to
  turn the lights on* Note: Lights will
  auto-shut off after 20 minutes.You may turn
  them back on with the ON/OFF switch. You
  may use the device multiple times a day,
  but do NOT exceed 40 minutes of use in one
  session.

• For maximum benefit, We recommend that
  using the light therapy neck pad on naked
  skin directly
